At XOCHI'S GIFT SHOP, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
